Vor der Hang Sung Sot (Grotte der Überraschung) können die großen Schiffe nicht direkt anlegen, sondern müssen tendern. Die Grotte konnten wir uns selbst aussuchen. Allerdings hatte unser Agent uns erklärt, dass diese Grotte am "Einfachsten" zugänglich sei, falls meine Eltern doch mitwollten. Von der Thien Cung Grotte (Grotte des Himmlichen Palastes) hatte uns unser Agent abgeraten. Da würden alle Tagesausflügler hinfahren, die nachmittags wieder nach Hanoi zurückmüssen oder wieder an Bord sein müssen und daher sehr überlaufen. Unser Boot hatte jedoch eine Sondergenehmigung, dass wir erst nach Sonnenuntergang zurücksein müssen und daher könnten wir ruhig die längere Strecke nehmen, um die schönere Höhle zu sehen.
In front of the Hang Sung Sot (Surprise Grotto) larger ships could not berth and need to tender. We could pick the grotto we wanted to see. But our agent explained us that this grotto would the one with the most "easiest" access just in case my parents would like to join us. There was also the other Thien Cung Grotto (The Heaven Palace Grotto) but our agent did not recommended to see: They take all daytime visitors to this place who need to return to Hanoi in the afternoon or to be back onboard during the daytime and so it is more crowded. Our boat had a special permission to be back after sunset and so we could go the longer journey to see the nicer grotto.There above we could see the access to the grotto. It was too much for my parents. It was their wedding anniversary day and so I did not want to let them alone and stayed on board.
Oben ist wohl der Zugang zu der Höhle. Das war für meine Eltern zu viel. Es war deren Hochzeitstag und so wollte ich sie auch nicht alleine lassen und blieb an Bord.Guenther schickt BJ los und ich schicke Bruno los.

Wie gesagt: unser Boot war klein genug, um direkt anzulegen und nicht tendern zu müssen.
As said: our boat was small enough to dock directly and so there was no need to tender.
